“ Came to celebrate my dad’s birthday and was thoroughly impressed. I’ve heard a lot of about this place and I’m glad to say it lived up to the hype. Claudio was a fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly server. He ensured nobody at the table had food allergies and was very willing to explain the dishes to make sure we would enjoy them. The gnocchi sorrentina was absolutely delicious as was the tagliolini bolognese my partner had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to celebrate a special occasion or who doesn’t mind splurging on delicious high end Italian food. ”
“ Carbonara is 1000% worth the hype! The atmosphere is incredible and so luxurious. Luigi was our waiter, he was so funny, friendly, and helpful! Claudio, another server, was an absolute riot and literally made our night!! Luigi and Claudio were a hilarious duo and made our experience a million times better. Food was amazing, service was even better! 10/10 all around ”
“ If Italy had a love song, this restaurant would be it. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The ambiance? Perfectly warm and welcoming, like a hug from Nonna. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the carbonara. Oh. My. Goodness. Creamy, silky, cheesy, and just the right touch of magic—every bite felt like a celebration. It wasn’t just pasta; it was an experience made at the table. If I could marry a dish, this would be it (don’t tell my partner). The service? Impeccable. Our waiter treated us like a long-lost cousin, recommending the perfect the meal. Long story short: If you haven’t eaten here, you’re seriously missing out. Go for the carbonara; stay for the olive oil cake. We WILL be back! ”
“ The honest review: Celebrated a birthday with a friend. Its Friday and spontaneously we wanted to try a place we had never been. The hostess was petite with dark hair. She did not give a warm welcoming at all. She came off annoyed that we walked up to the desk. It was busy. The front entrance only holds about 7 people max, or else you have to stand outside under the covered walkway. In her annoyed tone she asked us if we had a reservation. "No-- we replied. But we are willing to wait". Our wait was an hour. As far as I know they did not have a sit down bar to order anything while waiting. So we left and came back. I like to give the benefit of the doubt.. maybe she was having a bad day. The overall feel of this place is nice and cozy. Comfortable chairs. The building lights are dimmed with a light at each table, which give its own private ombiance. There is a wide variety of authentic dishes, cocktails and wine. Our server gave us some history on the business and background of the owner/chef. Lad was our server. He was phenomenal! He knows the menu by heart and had excellent recommendations and pairings. He is professional, attentive and pays attention to detail. He made sure we had everything from start to finish. (Please give this man a pay raise!) We ordered: Appetizer-Speck and Dates- It was a lovely pairing of sweet and savory. The only thing I would change about this dish is to roll the dates and prosciutto together instead of layering it on the plate. Also, I think this dish would have been complete with thin sliced pear added. Overall very tasty combination! Bolognese- A traditional favorite. Presentation was lovely. Pacchero Pancetta & Burrata- I ordered this and it was amazing. The flavors blend well with the pistachio. I thought pistachio would be incorporated in the sauce, but they used crushed pistachio on top of the dish. Regardless, it was delicious. French 75 and a whiskey sour. French 75 was light and refreshing. Sour was smooth and creamy. Both beautifully presented and tasted great. We spoke to Andy on our way out who kindly chatted with us for a moment. Overall great experience, great atmosphere. Would come here again. ”
“ If I could give an extra star, I would. I went here twice within 2-weeks, because after visiting the first time I was determined to bring my visiting grandfather the next weekend. This is a meal to show-off to friends, family, or a VERY impressive date. I would be blown away if someone brought me here for a date. Our servers were Ethan and Matteo on separate occasions. They both knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend the pasta with pistachio cream sauce and pancetta, as well as the filet mignon. The tiramisu is to DIE FOR! My grandfather talked about the meal for a week. Thank you Antica Sicilia!! ”
“ One of the best intimate Italian dining experiences around! Matteo was our waiter and kicked everything off perfectly. The tomato jam and I'm house sweet ricotta was a great starter before the meal. We ordered the Bistecca 16 oz Ribeye and the Carbonara. Both were finished tableside which was a fun experience! The Carbonara is finished tableside in a cheese wheel THAT THEY LIGHT ON FIRE! Lol The steak is cut tableside and the truffle butter is melted via torch Portion sizes were perfect. Wish we would have picked a dessert as the options looked phenomenal. ”
“ Had a wonderful dinner. My husband and I came here for dinner for my birthday. Service was great, our server Luigi was amazing and so informative. They sang me happy birthday in Italian which was cool. Food was very good. Little bit in the expensive side but well worth it. Perfect spot for special occasions. ”
“ Antica Silica is the perfect oasis for the mind, body, and soul! Our server Claudio was hilarious and had such great energy! The food and drinks were divine. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they have a live jazz band, and it created a romantic and cozy atmosphere to celebrate my partner's birthday in style. True Italian fine dining. We will definitely be coming again! ”
